Just The Tip Cigars ("JTTC," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at www.justthetipcigars.com, together with any related, staging, preview, or successor domain we use to operate the site, including dptgw.club while the site is in development. We also operate a physical retail store at 2550 Brownsville Road in South Park Township, Pennsylvania. This policy explains how we handle age verification and tobacco sales online and in store.

This site and our store are intended for adults age 21 and older. You must be at least 21 to enter the site, browse our product catalog, create an Aficionado's Corner account, or purchase any tobacco product from us.

When you first visit the site, an age gate asks you to confirm you are 21 or older. Entering helps limit access to age-restricted content, but it is access control only. It is not a substitute for in-person, identity-based verification at the time of sale.

All tobacco sales are completed in person at our physical store. The site does not currently provide online checkout or online payment processing. Any cart, wishlist, humidor, or product-saving feature on the site is for browsing, planning, and personal record-keeping; using those features does not create a completed sale, reserve inventory, or obligate JTTC to sell at any particular price.

Inventory counts, prices, photos, brand information, and descriptions shown on the site come from our point-of-sale system and may change at any time without notice. Listing a product on the site is not an offer to sell at a particular price, does not guarantee in-store availability, and does not guarantee that any specific customer will be eligible to purchase it.

We may require a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, military ID, or another government-issued photo ID we can reasonably verify) for any tobacco purchase. Consistent with federal Tobacco 21 requirements, we will check photo ID for any customer who appears to be under 30 attempting to purchase a covered tobacco product. If we cannot confirm your age from an acceptable ID, we will not complete the sale.

We do not sell tobacco products to anyone under 21 years of age, under any circumstances. Attempting to purchase tobacco using a fake ID, a borrowed ID, or on behalf of someone under 21 is unlawful and will be refused. We may report attempted underage purchases to local authorities as required by law.

Consistent with federal retail tobacco rules, we do not give away free samples of cigars, pipe tobacco, any other covered tobacco product, or components or parts where prohibited by law, whether in store, at events, or in any other setting. Promotions, discounts, and bundles require a paid transaction with a verified eligible customer.

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline a sale, cancel an in-progress transaction, or take appropriate corrective action after a sale if required by law, policy, or compliance concerns — at our discretion — when we cannot confirm any of the following:

• That the customer is 21 or older.
• The customer's identity using an acceptable government-issued photo ID.
• The customer's legal eligibility to purchase tobacco in their jurisdiction.
• That a product is in stock and accurately priced.
• That the sale complies with applicable federal, state, and local law.

We may also refuse a sale when our staff has a reasonable, good-faith concern about the safety or compliance of the transaction.

This policy applies to all tobacco products and any related products subject to tobacco laws that we sell or otherwise make available, including but not limited to cigars, pipe tobacco, and any other tobacco or nicotine product we may carry. Accessories that are not legally regulated as tobacco products are not covered by this policy, but may still require staff verification at the time of sale.

Tobacco sales by JTTC are subject to federal law (including the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act and Food and Drug Administration regulations), Pennsylvania state law (including Act 112, which prohibits the sale of tobacco products to anyone under 21), and any applicable local ordinance. This policy is intended as a customer-facing summary of how we operate; it is not a complete or authoritative description of every applicable law. Where law and this policy differ, the law controls.
